About Us

Vallum Financial Group LLC provides private wealth solutions for qualified clients through a rules-based protective indexing approach implemented in separately managed accounts. The firm operates within a closed, non-public framework designed for professional collaboration with independent wealth managers. Client assets are held at independent third-party custodians in accounts owned by the client. Vallum does not take custody of client funds or securities. All activities are limited to the administration and distribution of a standardized protective indexing structure.

The firm operates under Section 203(b)(3) of the Investment Advisers Act and applicable state de minimis exemptions. Vallum maintains fewer than 15 clients, does not hold itself out to the public, and provides services exclusively through private, pre-existing professional relationships. No public advertising, marketing, or general solicitation is conducted.

Vallum works solely with qualified individual clients and eligible entities represented by independent wealth managers. Engagements are conducted under discretionary investment-management agreements and follow the requirements of the private investment-manager exemption. All communications are factual, confidential, and directed only to verified parties.

The firm does not offer pooled investment products and does not provide customized portfolio construction. All qualified clients receive the same protective indexing allocation, and revenue is expected to be derived primarily from performance-based compensation paid by qualified clients.
